What it feels like to be there…
From Uluru in the centre, through virgin rainforests filled with wildlife unique to the area, to the Great Barrier Reef, there is nothing like Australia. Its vast scale can be intimidating, but the highlights are very much worth the journey.

Some practical information worth knowing…
Whichever major city you arrive in, there is a good cheap-flight service to all the others – just be aware how far apart they are when planning your trip. Climate-wise, pack skimpy, airy and light, with long-sleeved items for the sun and a jumper or two for the evening.
