After an amazing ride in Cappadocia if anyone would like a multi-day trek we have a partner company there who would do you proud. Let me know! R

  • Feeling great after a very successful press trip to Turkey (thanks to our partners Argos in Cappadocia, Travel Atelier, Royal Balloon and Pegasus) with Mark Russell (GQ) Sarah Siese (Heaven on Earth / Conde Nast) and Kerry McCarthy (Mens Health / Runners World).

A great choice Jon. If I can be of use guiding you through the options, you are very welcome to send me a message or call our head office for a chat (option 3). Welcome to AdventureTemples and thanks for posting. Regards, Rob.

Thanks Elise. It was a really positive discussion and we have scheduled a meeting in six months time, to update them on how the Adventure Butler launch in Cornwall goes. If it captures the imagination of the public they seem genuinely interested in a partnership. So, let’s see if the lovely UK tourists like the service as much as we think they will!

Just heard of a new Gulet sailing offering out of Marmaris or Gocek, touring the Turkish coast and Greek islands. Sounds exciting. Anyone done it or want to tell us why we should try it?

    • Oh wow, Gulet sailing in the Greek islands sounds very idyllic. Good for the whole family too if you get the right boat.

  • Welcome to any new members joining after the UK Wedding Show at the ExCeL in London. It was great to meet you all and to discuss so many exciting Luxury Adventure Honeymoon plans!

I look forward to speaking with you in more detail soon and feel free to pose a question or two one our forum! We love to help.

    Thanks, Rob.

Hi Tim, thanks for the question. As it happens, my brother is a keen kite-boarder and picked it up pretty well without having learned to surf first. As with all sports, an understanding of how the dynamics work (in this case the board through the water) will make it easier to master but, as I understand it, mastering the wind is more critical in…[Read more]

Tricky one! Snow is assured December to March and the warm weather hits May to October. While you take a little bit of a risk on the late season snows, April might be the winner, but March is a safer bet and not too chilly.

Thanks for the question about Ski/Scuba Gennie. The answer is that yes Sochi is one of the few places on earth that you can easily fit in both on the same day! To comply with safe diving decompression practices I would advocate skiing first and diving later – and bring or hire a dry-suit because the water will be a bit bracing. That aside, why not…[Read more]

    • This is brilliant news Rob. The children are now tired of the usual family skiing holiday and I think that this will really excite them, they will definitely boast! I will now talk to my husband about it and we will be in touch. Is there a particular time in the year that is best?

      Thank you again, Rob.
